Who am I?

My career journey began traditionally, with a degree in Environmental Geoscience.  While I gained valuable transferable skills, I soon realised my true passions lay beyond rocks and chemistry.

I soon discovered my strengths in leadership, teaching, and skills development while managing teams in restaurants and retail across Scotland, Yorkshire, and Cambridge.

Transitioning into careers and education was a natural next step, particularly after experiencing the post-COVID job landscape and its challenges for younger generations.

Now, as I embark on a new adventure in the Social Value sector, I'm focused on building companies' capabilities to give back to communities and grow the economy.  My diverse career experiences have prepared me to make this leap with confidence and enthusiasm.

I've honed my expertise in supporting others on their career journeys through CV writing, job and apprenticeship applications, LinkedIn optimisation, using AI, and building vocational profiles for young people with SEND. My passion for helping others succeed, drives me every day.

I hope I can help you, as you navigate your own careers journey!
